Valerie Bertinelli, who has struggled with her weight, shows off her slender 48-year-old body in a green bikini on the cover of the latest People magazine.

The former "One Day at a Time" actress lost a whopping 50 pounds.

She does look great and congratulations to her for getting healthy, but you seriously don't think this picture hasn't been air brushed?

She was probably airbrushed on-set with body makeup, but you can bet that a good deal of retouching was done in Photoshop. I don't have a problem with it though. People obsess over flaws they see in photos that they'd never notice in person.

One of my first TV crushes as a kid (Born in 1968), and maybe the one that still endures the most. I thought she was white-hot at her heaviest, and now she looks even better than when I was young.
