Will "Ugly Betty" get lucky with her new man Matt (Daniel Eric Gold)?
Last episode, Betty didn't even want to label the nascent relationship she had with Matt. But when he stepped up and defied his own mother, siding with Betty and calling her his girlfriend, well, that just sealed it.
Now that Betty has officially embraced their couplehood, she's serious about getting, well, serious.

So now our girl is on a mission to get in Matt's, uh, apartment. Yeah, that's it. Naturally, Marc and Amanda have something to say about Betty's appearance and plan a "sexification" in order to make her more alluring.
The other Suarez sister, Hilda, is also having man issues. She's seeing Councilman Archie (guest star Ralph Macchio) and is unsure of her feelings. Of course, it seems like everybody else has an opinion.

I love the show, although I do miss Betty's relationship with Henry. I am disappointed the show will be off the air until May 7.

2. Really ended up liking Betty and Matt together...although Betty needs a makeover STAT...and I mean a REAL MAKEOVER. I'm sick of her "look"...and after THREE YEARS WORKING IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY, you would think that "smart" betty would realize how to dress when
a) her bestfriend is a fashion designer
b) her sister is a hairdresser
but instead her clothes are becoming WORSE!
I could not agree more with Jasmeen. Yes, I totally get the whole part that it doesn't matter how she looks but her personality. But could we al least take the braces off. No spends this many years in braces, it is plainly ridiculous. Why can't they dress her more like they did for that dinner party, it wasn't exactly height of fashion but at least the colors matched.
I agree with the above comments. Betty needs a makeover. Lets face it, this guy would not be with Betty in real life. I know that the show is about looks not mattering, but she dresses in a fashion that isn't even real,and regardless of how nice she is her personality is colored by this. Let's get her into some new clothes and get the braces off.
"UB" back in May for sweeps, that is an amazing sign, and I feel fantastic about it!!! I like "Samantha Who?" as well, and they'll love it back where it was originally I am sure for that time. Thank God TPTB at ABC are respecting this fine show.
