'Lost': Talk about '316' here
We're just a few hours away from the latest and, Jacob-willing, greatest episode of Lost yet this season. I'm completely in the dark as to what will happen, which is how I like to roll before an episode airs. All I know is the title. Fine by me.
So poll-time: what do you think the title means? There's an obvious allusion to John 3:16, as evidenced by the following Ajira Airways ad. (Pause at 0:05 to see a man holding a sign which translates as such.)
But is that the ONLY thing it could mean? Let your voice be heard, and I'll see you all on the other side when I post my recap over here late tonight.
Ryan also posts every 108 minutes over at Boob Tube Dude, then peruses Zap2It's Guide to Lost Facebook group. He also encourages you to subscribe to the Zap2It's Guide to Lost Twitter feed.

None of the above:
I believe it will be the flight # for Ajira Airways that they will have to use. (If this is the case, I just hope the pilot is not Rainbow-Afro Guy.) However, there could be multiple uses for 316 within the show. The PTB love them some numbers.
I think it's gotta be the Ajira flight number. 815 crashed there, 316 will land on the Others runway.
I can't even begin to imagine what it would be ... but I voted for # 2 ...
Right there with Shaggysteve and Blue Sean. I think it's the Ajira flight number.
Either that or the number of lies Ben and Mrs. Hawking tell the losties in the episode.
answers answers answers! Whoo Hooo.
questions, questions, questions! Oh boy!
I still will stick to my reference of the Donatist church of Carthage fighting against the Holy Roman empire in the year 316 as a hidden meaning. I wish I knew more about the Catholic religion.
wow ... we got answers ... but then again a lot of questions too ... WTF?
another great episode ... but I am so looking forward for next week's eppy!!!
Whoa. I don't even know where to start, so I'll just make the following stuttering comments. Aaron??? Frank!!!And PENNY!!! She had better be ok. So much to digest...
Such great stuff. I had to laugh that Jack can totally accept a time-traveling island, but ask him to put his dad's shoes on a corpse and he's all, "Whoooaaaaa there! That does *not* make sense!"
Also, loved Ben's "My mother taught me." Genius. So who was the random dude who gave Jack his condolences and randomly wound up on 316?
We Have To Go... never mind, we're here.
Has one episode ever raised so many questions??? If Penny's dead... Ben better be next!
