Check out the new 'Torchwood' trailer
Ominous overtones of imminent disaster? Check. Creepy little kids? Check. Stuff blowin' up? Check. Captain Jack in a duster? Check, check and check.
If you weren't at New York Comic-Con on Thursday, we've got the next best thing for you: the trailer for Torchwood: Children of Earth. The five-part story will be part of the BBC America show's third season later this year, and will find Jack (John Barrowman), Gwen (Eve Myles) and Ianto (Gareth David Lloyd) battling -- well, we're not sure, exactly, but whatever "it" is that's coming, we're guessing it's not exactly friendly.
Here's the trailer presented at Comic-Con earlier today. If the window below isn't working for you, head on over to YouTube.
Thoughts? Excited for the show to return?

Bloody (pun intended) BRILLIANT! Waiting for Series 3 to air was already quite painful, but now...it's absolutely excruciating! I need my
(oops)...I need my fresh Jack/Ianto fix NOW! :-)))
When ... when ... when?! The wait for Torchwood has been unbearable!
Awesome. The second season was brilliant and anxiously awaiting the third season. The Brits have it right, 13 episode arcs is all a show needs before it starts having many boring episodes sprikled throughout. A lesson all of American television should have learned from the popularity of shows produced for cable channels.
Can't wait! Love this show!!
Squeee!!! Cannot wait.
FINALLY! Can't wait for this, though it sucks we only get five episodes for this series.
And I hope HDNet carries this as well!
Why are there only five episodes this year?
