Big premiere night: Who ya got?
Wednesday night brings the heaviest influx of series premieres of the young season, with four new shows debuting on ABC and NBC, along with the returns of two CBS crime dramas and a much tougher test for FOX's lineup.
Will all that swirling up in the air, our question to you is simple: What are you watching tonight?
The most-scrutinized battle will come at 9 p.m., where ABC's Private Practice premieres opposite NBC's Bionic Woman. Both are pre-sold ideas -- Practice is a spinoff of Grey's Anatomy and Bionic is based on the fondly remembered 1970s show of the same name. ABC probably has the advantage here, if only because Private Practice's lead-in, the Dancing with the Stars results show, should handily outdraw Deal or No Deal at 8.
Then again, those two could be fighting for second place behind the season premiere of Criminal Minds on CBS. The show didn't really take the great leap forward after its Super Bowl Sunday broadcast last year, but it's still a pretty big hit. The premiere will also feature one of the final appearances by Mandy Patinkin, which should goose ratings a bit.
ABC probably also has the edge at 10; Dirty Sexy Money has gotten better reviews than Life, not to mention a bigger promotional push from its network. Again, though, I'd be a little surprised if either show beats CSI: NY, which beat back everything in its path last season.
With all the new stuff out there, as well as ABC's stunt scheduling of Dancing, FOX will probably take a hit. Back to You, 'Til Death and Kitchen Nightmares all had decent premieres last week, but that was against weaker competition. Ditto for America's Next Top Model and Gossip Girl on The CW, although they probably won't lose too many of the under-35 viewers that make up The C-dub's target audience.
So what's your call? What are you watching, and what's going on the DVR?

My live viewing will be DANCING and PRIVATE PRACTICE. My DVR has BACK TO YOU and BIONIC WOMAN.
I really don't care about any of the 10:00 shows
Pushing Daisies at 8, Bionic Woman at 9, Life at 10, but the DVD Recorder will be going with Dirty Sexy Money. I'll also watch Top Chef when it replays at 11.
looking forward to bionic woman for the retro factor. will dvr private practice just to see if it's really the train wreck everyone says it's going to be. dirty sexy money at 10, no contest.
Watch "Pushing Daisies," "Bionic Woman" and "Dirty Sexy Money. Record "Top Model" and "Gossip Girl." Watch "Kitchen Nightmares" when either "BW" or "GG" is a rerun.

Oh Addison...I do hope your job is still open at Seattle Grace. I doubt that a new director and writers can save this Ho Hum! show.
America's Next top Model at 8pm (DVR Pushing Daisies when it airs next week). I also gave Dirty Sexy Money a try and thought it was good so I'll keep watching. I'm a Grey's fan but didn't like the Private Practice intro in the spring and the reviews don't sound good for this show. I don't have time for bad TV :-) my DVR is already overloaded.
all abc shows are hotttt
Bionic Woman is bound to develop and get better...have patience! Dirty Sexy Money is a winner...Practice will never last...Addison, you're gonna rue the day you left Seattle!
My money's on, um, Dirty Sexy Money. A little like the Ewings of *Dallas* fame, but funnier!
Addison should to go back to Seattle, where she is NEEDED!
