The results are in for the Power of Veto competition in the Big Brother house. Things ought to be very interesting this week, so follow along after the jump to find out who won the Power of Veto.

Memphis won POV! WOOOO! I don't know at all what the competition involved, I couldn't get a handle on it from the feeds. But Memphis definitely won it and is going to take himself off the block. Keesha is find with going up (because she knows Dan HAS to put her up) and she is just thrilled that Jerry is going home.

HOWEVER... dun dun dun. Memphis and Dan are now talking about keeping Jerry around because they can beat him more easily for the final Head of Household. Hmmm. That is tricky. They HAVE to know that they can't beat him in Final 2. NObody really "likes" Jerry, but he has sympathy up the wazoo. There is always a chance that no matter who they keep, Keesha or Jerry will win HOH and one of the Renegades has to go home. So they should be looking at who they can beat in Final Two. And I happen to believe they can beat Keesha, but cannot beat Jerry. Also, if they evict Keesha before Final Three, she is going to be PISSED and take that anger to the jury house.

Guess we'll see what they decide...

Great point, Andrea. As you said, no one "likes" Jerry, but neither does anyone harbor any grudges against him, which is even more crucial in deciding votes, especially with this group. A final two based on any permutation of Keesha/Dan/Memphis would be on more level ground than if they put Jerry into the equation.

This is good news and nullifies the need for my super-long posts in the other posting ;)

I think you have to get Jerry out now. Even if the other people don't like him, they certainly hate him less than they do either Dan/Memphis/Keesha. If Jerry gets to the end, he wins the money.

And, judging by Keesha's performance in this last HoH competition, I doubt she could be harder to beat than Jerry.

Sean, I agree. I think Dan and Memphis can beat either Keesha or Jerry at HOH. But yeah, they would have a hard time beating Jerry for the money. Even if nobody likes him, he's old and has a wife with Parkinson's. Of course he's going to win.

I just hope it's Memphis and Dan in Final Two because I feel I can honestly say I don't know who will win. Probably Memphis, but it's not a given.

Plus the fact that Memphis won a new car and didn't he win some other luxury prize? I'm sorry, but I can't help but think this game is rigged now. Dan and Memphis are talking like they already KNOW the outcome and that's when I usually tune out of BB. Dick and Danielle did it last year as did the two boneheads in the winter edition earlier this year. It takes the fun and spontaneity out of the game and it sucks. I still think that Memphis is going to kill Dan if they make it to the final two. Well, ANYONE who takes Dan to the final two is going to cream him. He has burned too many bridges and the jury house is filled with emotional players. The same goes for Memphis. If he takes anyone with him besides Dan then HE will get creamed. I really want Keesha to take it, but if she don't step her game up then.

Part 1 is endurnace. Part 2 is logic. Part 3 is Q&A. Jerry is bad at competitons that are endurance or logic, therefore Jerry will likely go home. Therefore it makes sense to send Keesha home. She'll be mad, but then her vote would likely go to Dan.

Beth, that's what I said. I know that the end is the jury and I don't see either Memphis OR Dan beating Jerry in Final Two. But I think either one could beat Keesha. Which to me says that on the off chance one of the Renegades doesn't win final HOH, they'd be better off with Keesha than Jerry.

I cant wait to see Memphis reacton to finding out that Dan , i would think Michelle on the trip, but that could back fire on Dan and Michelle could seem forgive Dan , but i would think she would not vote for him at all ,
