'Big Brother': Libra's Exit Interview
Well, after I couldn't get a word in edgewise and Big Brother's Jessie wouldn't shut up last week, I guess I was just asking for an interviewee this week who barely said a word. I apologize for the sparseness and hopefully the evicted houseguest next will be back on form. Read Libra's interview after the jump.
Was Big Brother a positive experience for you?
Not sure... I'll have to wait and see when the show is over. Hahahahaha! Needless to say, I had fun.
Are you glad you participated?
I am glad that I participated- I would have regretted it if I did not come on the show.
The fighting, particularly among you, Keesha, Michelle and April, got pretty out of hand sometimes. Do you regret fighting so much with each other?
I do not regret what I was feeling in the moment. When you put four women in the house around the same age, what do you expect?**
Who do you trust in the house?
No. You can only trust in yourself.
What do you wish you could've done differently in your game play?
I wished I would have won an HOH competition.
**Ed's note: Really? Four women in their late 20s/early 30s can't expected to live in a house together and not have a screaming catfight every other day? That's ridiculous. Just because y'all are outhouse-rat crazy doesn't mean the rest of us 20-something or 30-something women can't handle ourselves. Don't lump us in with the lunatics.
I'm glad that Libra is out. She started most of the arguing with her better than thou attitude.

It is degrading to women to say that if you put 4 of them the same age in a house there will be fighting. That is not true at all. Women tend to bond together not crazy scream fight. Way to give in to stereotypes! They are all delusional on the show and that is why they screamed all of the time.

And put April who only cares about how she looks and how the world perceives her on top of being a slut as well as the other houseguest not being able to stand up for their part in what was going on that makes for a destructive house. Libra did her THANG and because of it she's out those people in the house couldn't deal with a strong person that wasn't about to just sit around and not speak her mind especially a black person which is always the case on this show and that's why Ollie is still there because he doesn't say anything CBS is pitiful to stereotype black people on this show every single time its crazy. But its ok for April to swing her blonde hair and screw guys on the show/Michelle and Keesha get drunk and act stupid/i guess if this editor wants nice she should wait for April to kiss her butt.

I'm not black, but it's evident that black people are only shown in two ways: argumentative or passive. That's the name of the game and unfortunately - unless you are willing to play the game, you're out. Libra was loud at times - but no one said anything about Keesha throwing April under the bus. So typical, so standard for white america.

No matter how viewers personally feel about her, they cannot deny that she made the ratings for the show this season, the show is NOTHING without her. I have not watched BBAD since Wednesday morning and I do not miss it!!! Other houseguests and viewers are just made that Libra did not come in the house desparate to win the money, but rather to enjoy the experience. She has a life to go home to after the show, I cannot say the same for the others who do not win the show. Remember six additional houseguests my accompany Libra in the jury house. You all are glad that she is out of the house...NOW WHAT!! The HGs cannot blame her for their actions anymore!! The show is BORING!!!! The best revenge is to live well and after this show that is exactly what Libra is going to do..."AMERICA"!
Ashely | Aug 16, 2008 10:02:43 PM | #Ashley, i completely agree, i've just been reading what's going on its not worth watching after dark, and all they want to do is bash Libra even now even Memphis is tired of hearing it so that should tell America something as well as CBS and to tell them something else if ever you wanted to do something you've already done bring her back...that would boost your ratings again for CBS as well as Showtime, there's no excitement anymore, Libra is the person you love to hate regardless of how you feel about her and if nothing else it would rock that Big Brother house.

Everytime something happens to an african american people start crying and pulling the race card. BB is a GAME. Yes the winner wins alot of money, but it is all still a game. And as for Libra, remember she left her new babies home, while she went to gamble. Then she plays a POV comp and takes the Hawiian vacation rather than the letter from home. Sorry but if you ask me, I could NEVER be as selfish as to leave my new babies, to go gamble, let alone IF I was to be that selfish, not take the letter from home prize. Libra is just a selfish woman, and for that I am glad she is out of the house, KARMA is a motherfucker.

Julie Chen is too damn blind to focus on why her show isn't getting the credibility and awards her show should be getting. That show is completely for white folks and her high yellow ass think she is one of them because she is married to an British chap that is the president of CBS. That is why the Early Show is falling in rating and so is the BB shows. And another thing, why doesn't she just come out of her pantyhose and get naked making movies in Hollywood and leave the news stuff along because she definately not an anchorwoman of no sort. The Early Show will be better off without her and her newest tease... Maggie Rodriguez. That why I left and watches the Today Show or GMA. Its better quality news.
