Metaphorically speaking, the Big Brother 10
house has had quite a few shakeups in its 19 days. None of them,
however, were quite as literal (or amusing) as seeing the house's
reaction to the recent Los Angeles earthquake.

If anybody would like to see the footage of the Big Brother house weathering the 5.8 earthquake that rocked California, Zap 2 It can help you out. Ollie appears to have been caught in the shower during the quake. It's no Charlton Heston and Lorne Greene, but it is pretty funny.

The Big Brother house has been pretty quiet as of late. With Keesha not using POV, it looks like Angie is out the door for sure. Jessie made a good go at becoming Mr. 'Roid Rage Crazy Pants, but I still think the Libra/April/Ollie/Keesha alliance is going to get Angie out of the house.

I really don't envy the editors of Big Brother 10.
With most groups of people, you would figure that in the average 24
hour day, you would get at least 20 to 30 minutes of interesting
footage. Given a few days, you should have enough to adequately fill
the average hour-long episode time slot.

Tonight, Big Brother 10's
producers faced the biggest challenge they have ever faced. How can
they make anything seem interesting after an episode in which one HG
ends his eviction speech with the words "suck it, bitches"? I do not
envy them this task, especially with a cast that has been rather hit
and miss so far.

I don't know what the Power of Veto Competition entailed in the Big Brother house last night, but I do know who won the POV. I shall reveal said winner after the jump, so come along if you'd like to be spoiled. Don't worry, the picture is not of the POV winner.

I am so off-the-charts sick of the April/Ollie/Keesha/Libra alliance. They are so smug and self-righteous, condemning people for the exact things THEY have been doing. I love how reality contestants conveniently forget that it's a game.

Keesha has made her nominations. I'm not at all surprised by one of them and I am a little surprised by another. I'll just kind of vamp here for a few lines so that no one who accidentally stumbles upon this page is spoiled as to who the nominees are.

Steven was the second evicted houseguest from the Big Brother house this week and was the second delightful interview I have had the privilege to conduct. He was pleasant and funny and even though it still stings a little to be evicted, he sees his experience in the Big Brother house as a positive one.
