Our friends at Idol Tracker have some excellent exclusive footage from the "American Idol" tour, which kicked off in Portland, Oregon this weekend.

Richard Rushfield has penned a great article about what the tour really means to the Idol finalists. There are also several exclusive videos from the tour, one of them featured below. The Idol tour, featuring Danny Gokey on "PYT," Adam Lambert on a David Bowie medley and Kris Allen on "Hey Jude" and "Heartless," stops in 50 cities and continues into September.
