'American Idol's' Brooke White releases album July 21st

Season 7 "American Idol" finalist Brooke White is releasing her debut album on July 21st, 2009. It is titled "High Hopes and Heartbreak" and is said to be "a rapturously tuneful album that sees Brook channeling a few idols of her own -- Carole King, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles and Elton John. The result is a stunning collection of songs brimming with warm, indelible melodies and hooks that stick after a single listen."

The album will be released through June Baby Records, a brand-new indie label formed by Brooke White, Randy Jackson and Carl Stubner, head of Sanctuary Artist management. This is Randy's first project with an Idol alum.
