Simon Cowell to leave 'American Idol'?
In an interview with British paper the Daily Mirror, "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell admits to having such a hectic workload between "Idol," "America's Got Talent" and "The X Factor" that he may leave "Idol" after his contract expires next year.
According to the interview, "'I guess America is more likely to go because I have got one year under contract. Maybe that will be the end.'"

I think American Idol wouldn't be this huge if those brutal but honest comments from him are not included on the show. It'll be the end of AI as well if he leaves. :(
he'd have to be a idiot to leave idol and keep america's got talent. money talks, and america's got talent can't be nearly the cash cow to him that idol is, even if they're 2 different jobs. fox (or whoever pays the judges) would certainly shell out the cash to keep him on.
but if he's choosing between both us shows and the uk one, i think he'll stay with the x factor regardless of cash.
