Next Week: Taylor Hicks and Rat Pack Songs on 'American Idol'
The "American Idol" theme for next week is Rat Pack Songs. Out of our Top 5, I see Danny Gokey as the jock, Adam Lambert as the criminal, Kris Allen as the princess, Matt Giraud as the brain and Allison Iraheta as the basketcase. Oh wait. Rat Pack. Got it. Should be a fun theme, I love me some "Mack the Knife." Also, Taylor Hicks is performing on the elimination night. Do you suppose he still gyrates about like he has Tourettes? Can't wait to find out!

Adam Lambert is really good singer I really like her voice..
As a 70yr old fan of American Idol which I have viewed all 8 seasons,I think it is a shame that America does not recognize the talent of Allison.Being only 16 yrs old, she is better than Kelly Clarkson, and just might be the best talent American Idol has ever had
What? Allison is good but she's definitely not THAT good. I could hear her singing a Kelly Clarkson or a P!nk song but she's not as good as them. She could still use a bit more training since, like you said she is young. She's definitely not the best this year (and not the best out of ALL 8 SEASONS!)

Hooray! Taylor Hicks will be on AI as a guest performer. This will be the show I watch this season. His new CD, The Distance is phenominal! It should be quite an evening for all. Yeah, Taylor!

My two favorite guys on the same show..Taylor AND Adam..and it ends up with a hughe scandal..??No way that ASdam was even NEAR the bottom 2 !!Dont tell stories!!
