I really love American Idol. My 9 year old daughter is a huge fan of AI. She been watching the show since season 1. Her normal bedtime is 8:00 p.m. but during AI season it does not happen. She has a chart in her room with a list of all the season winners and runners up. My daughter's favorite is Danny Gokey. She feels that Adam Lambert should get out of AI and give some one else a chance. Adam Lambert is really good and has a singing career already. He just have to meet with the record label companies and get a contract deal. My daughter is always telling my husband and me that when she turns sixteen she's going to auction for American Idol. She loves to sing and wants to be a singer and a journalist when she gets older. The other thing she always ask is why don't they have American Idol Jr. like before. The show was only done once. You'll be surprise how many young kids have singing talents. We are the show #1 fan. GOOOOOOOOOO Danny. You got our vote every week.
You obviously have no clue about the recording business if you think Adam can go out and get a recording deal. If he is the best singer and he sure the heck is then he should win. Dannny will at least be 2nd ans he will still get a record deal. Because with his incredible voice Adam is in this contest just shows you how hard it is to go out and get a record contract. He has every right to be in this contest. Good luck to your daughter when she "auctions" for AI. Most people just audition but maybe auctioning will work for her. Go Adam! You Rock!
