This week's 'American Idol' scandals: A DUI mugshot and a wig?
Have you been somewhat disappointed by the amount of American Idol dirt being dug up so far this season by the in-your-face-and-in-your-trashbin journalists at TMZ? I have been, but they've bounced back the past days with a DUI revelation and rumors of a rocker wig.
On Wednesday (Feb. 27), TMZ reported that alleged rocker Robbie Carrico's limp locks were really a hairpiece, seemingly confirming the contention by several Idol judges that the the Britney Spears-dating former boy bander might not be as authentic as he's trying to insist.
TMZ could get neither confirmation nor denial from Idol reps. Me, I'm going to continue to judge Robbie because he's a mediocre singer and not because he may or may not be wearing a wig.
While Robbie may or may not have found inner [hair]piece, TMZ has more tangible proof that rockin', bikin', nurse Amanda Overmyer hasn't changed her hairstyle in at least two years. They also have proof that she pled guilty to DUI back in October of 2006 in Indiana.
According to the muckrakers, Overmyer received a suspended sentence of 60 days and was placed on 180 days probation. That probation ended in August of 2007.

The most talented or most professional? Too many of the finalist have worked professionaly and make this program anything but a ture
opportunity for aspiring wantabe's. Judges critizes the contestents and yet the judges are the one's who chose them over greater talent. "Most original talent? My choice would be Overmyer.
leave all that crap out of there past and judge the people on talent. to much trash is being brought up on the contestents. that,s what,s wrong with the world today. give credit were is do and i am sure they worked hard to get there. let the people of the world pick the winner in there eyes. i picked the winning already in my eyes and it was a easy choice.
just to let everyone know amanda is a very wonderful person and a damn good nurse. and as for her "DUI" wtf that was 2 freaking years ago. get over it. what were you doing 2 years ago? probably up to no good.

The idea taken for the concern is very serious and need a noticed of every one. This is the concern, which exists in the society and needs to be eradicated from the society as soon as probable.
